* Orders may be placed in store or on our website
* Payment is required to place all orders.
* Cancellations made 8 days or more from listed pick up date will receive a full refund
* Cancellations made 7 days or less from the listed pick up date will not receive a refund.
* All chicks ordered as Hens (unless specified as straight run) are given a 90% accuracy by the hatchery.
* Chicks may arrive BEFORE or AFTER the arrival date. WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY ARRIVE!
* Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of arrival
* Please bring a small box that closes for pick-up. (No pet carriers or open boxes.)
* No returns or refunds on live poultry once they leave the store
